Mr. Marco Costa acquired his Italian JD at the University of Pavia (Italy) with a thesis on the European patent. Following his graduation he began to work for top commercial law firms in Milan developing an expertise in real estates transactions, bankruptcy law, as well as gaining a large experience as a litigator.
In 2006 he successfully attended the Legal English Language Course held at the Court House in Milan.
In 2008 he became a certified bar attorney allowed to practice both in Italy and in the European Union.
In 2009 Mr. Costa moved to the U.S. where, in 2011, he obtained a master degree (LLM) in international trade and business at the University of Arizona – James E. Rogers School of Law - specializing in immigration law, international commerce, and international bankruptcy. In 2012 he obtained the American JD.
