Marco Q. Rossi is the founding partner of the Firm. He specializes in U.S.-Italy cross-border matters and legal and tax advice on U.S. and Italian international transactions.
He earned an International Tax LL.M. from New York University School of Law in 2002, graduated cum laude from the University of Genoa (Italy) School of Law in 1990 and is admitted as attorney and counselor-at law in Italy and U.S. (New York).
Mr. Rossi started practicing law in Italy in the early 1990s, when he worked for a local law firm assisting American and foreign clients and acting as Italian correspondent for U.S. and foreign law firms on international matters. He set up his own practice in Italy 1998 and established its U.S. office in Milan and New York as Marco Q. Rossi & Associati in 2005. Later the firm added offices in Miami and Los Angeles and is at the forefront on U.S. and Italian international tax and legal advice.

Elettra Menarini was born and raised in Bologna, Italy. She graduated from the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna receiving her Italian law degree (Laurea in Giurisprudenza) in 1999. Ms. Menarini obtained a Certificate in Intellectual Property law from the University of California San Diego in June 2004, a Diploma in Taxation from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2007 and an LLM in International Taxation at the University of New York in May 2010. Ms. Menarini is admitted to practice law in Italy and in California.
Patricia Tarabelsi - Associated Counsel, Miami
Patricia Tarabelsi is from Boston, Massachusetts and holds dual citizenship with the U.S. and Italy. She is a graduate of Suffolk Law School in Boston and also studied at the Brussels School of International Studies where she earned an LL.M. degree in International Law from the University of Kent Law School (U.K.). For her dissertation, she interned at the United Nations in Vienna, Austria where she conducted research and worked with top leaders of the organization. In Brussels, Ms. Tarabelsi also worked at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young on a European Commission Study on accessibility and functions of Italian government websites to the public.
