Marco Q. Rossi - Founding and Managing Partner
Marco Q. Rossi is the founding partner of the Firm. He specializes in U.S.-Italy cross-border matters and legal and tax advice on U.S. and Italian international transactions.
He earned an International Tax LL.M. from New York University School of Law in 2002, graduated cum laude from the University of Genoa (Italy) School of Law in 1990 and is admitted as attorney and counselor-at law in Italy and U.S. (New York).
Mr. Rossi started practicing law in Italy in the early 1990s, when he worked for a local law firm assisting American and foreign clients and acting as Italian correspondent for U.S. and foreign law firms on international matters. He set up his own practice in Italy 1998 and established its U.S. office in Milan and New York as Marco Q. Rossi & Associati in 2005. Later the firm added offices in Miami and Los Angeles and is at the forefront on U.S. and Italian international tax and legal advice.
Mr. Rossi publishes articles on international tax issues both in Italy and U.S. and is correspondent for Tax Analysts for Italy and the E.U. He has been a speaker and panelist on various international tax matters before professional groups including American Bar Association, International Fiscal Association, California State Bar and Texas State Bar.
Mr. Rossi’s practice covers all aspects of international taxation, including tax treaties; EC tax law and U.S. and Italian international taxation.
Mr. Rossi is a member of the American Bar Association Tax International and Business Law Sections; International Fiscal Association, U.S. and Italian Branches; New York State Bar Association Tax and International Law Sections; American Chamber of Commerce in Italy, Italy America Chamber of Commerce West, Italy America Chamber of Commerce Southeast.
