Elettra Menarini was born and raised in Bologna, Italy. She graduated from the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna receiving her Italian law degree (Laurea in Giurisprudenza) in 1999. Ms. Menarini obtained a Certificate in Intellectual Property law from the University of California San Diego in June 2004, a Diploma in Taxation from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2007 and an LLM in International Taxation at the University of New York in May 2010. Patricia Tarabelsi is from Boston, Massachusetts and holds dual citizenship with the U.S. and Italy. She is a graduate of Suffolk Law School in Boston and also studied at the Brussels School of International Studies where she earned an LL.M. degree in International Law from the University of Kent Law School (U.K.).
